FAQs
Can you remove everything negative from my report?
No. We can only dispute items that are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable. If something is accurate and timely, it must stay on your report. However, we can help you offset negative information by building positive credit habits.
Does credit repair erase my debts so I don’t have to pay them?
Not always. Credit repair focuses on disputing inaccurate or unverifiable information on your credit report. It does not remove debts you legally owe. You are still responsible for paying valid debts unless you negotiate or settle them separately.
How long does it take to see results?
Every situation is unique! Changes in your credit score can occur within about 30–90 days, but credit repair is a process that can take several months, depending on your individual circumstances. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you guarantee results or score increases?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. We cannot legally guarantee the removal of any item or a specific score increase. What we do promise is honest work, transparency, and a proven process that has helped many clients rebuild their credit successfully.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have the right to cancel your credit repair contract within five business days of signing, no questions asked, and with no penalty. After that, you may cancel at any time; however, fees may apply for services already performed. We provide clear, written disclosures about cancellation rights before you enroll, and we are committed to full transparency throughout our relationship.
